1. If a request is made to cancel an enrollment of a participant two weeks prior to the beginning of class, Kings Point will honor the cancellation request at no cost to the organization.
2. If an organization has already paid and cancels the registration at least two weeks prior to the beginning of class, the organization will have the option of a refund or a future registration.
3. Cancellations fourteen days or less prior to the start date will require payment be made with the understanding that the enrolled individual may attend the course at a later date or the organization may transfer that registration to another employee for that same date or a later date at no cost to the organization.
